The p^2 multispace is open to everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, immigration status, religion or disability. English lessons for students of different levels, the lessons will be adapted to the level of each student. We will focus on speaking skills so our students have the ability to communicate effectively, to interact with other people and to develop skills to adapt to their everyday lives.

Courses take place every Monday and Wednesday, from 16:00 to 17:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00.

Ever wondered what is Stop Motion Animation? Join our lessons and learn basic principles and techniques!

The Stop Motion Animation is an animated filmmaking technique, a sequence of individually photographed images that capture the objects in different positions, afterwards they will be put to play at a fast tempo which creates the illusion of motion. The Stop Motion can be done simple by using a tablet or mobile phone camera.

Stop Motion Animation lessons take place at the p^2 multispace every Tuesday from 16:30 to 17:30.

In collaboration with Evergreen Yoga Studio, ELIX is offering free Yoga Lessons guided by professional instructors. We aim to give the participants a safe space to develop the movement of their bodies, to relax and to devote valuable time to themselves.

You don't need any kind of experience or previous practice, just wear your most comfortable clothes and we are waiting for you at the p^2 multispace area.

Do you fancy knitting and you don’t know how to start. Your grandmother is far and can’t teach you? Come and join the knitting group in our p^2 multispace and you will discover your creativity and new skills.

The ELIX p^2 multispace is currently looking for new activities to bring young people closer!

The activities that take place in the p^2 multispace are always organized and implemented by volunteers, with the support of the Elix staff. If you have any skills that you want to share, the p^2 multispace is open to new ideas and be more than happy to host your activity!

Free basic computer lessons are organized by ELIX during the summer months.

More specifically, the participants will have the chance to learn the basic navigation in the computers, navigation in the internet, creation and use of email, and use of online applications.

This week and for the next ten weeks, ELIX’s p^2 multispace will host the “Peace Building in your Community” course.

This course, provided in English, is organized by Sky School and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10:00 to 13:00, in the meeting room of the ELIX p^2 multispace

One more free intercultural workshop is organised by ELIX and this time it is a theater workshop.

The participants will have the chance to learn more about improvisation, verbal and non- verbal communication, as well as theater techniques.

A new series of free intercultural workshops of "Arts and Crafts" will be offered in ELIX in the framework of free workshops that are taking place in p^2 multispace, starting this week and more specifically, tomorrow, Tuesday, 16th of October.

A school visit to ELIX and the Educational Center in Patission Street took place on Tuesday, October 9, by a group of Finnish students from the Gymnasiet Grankulla samskola as part of their educational school trip to Greece.

ELIX, in partnership with Finn Church Aid (FCA), has successfully concluded the second part of the “Project Yoga” offering a certified training course to become Yoga instructor to 14 young people with 9 different nationalities (Albanian, Afghan, Bangladeshi, Greek, Iraqi, Irish, Kurdish, Spanish and Syrian).

After three months and more than 200 hours spent together in ELIX yoga studio, the future Yoga instructors have concluded the professional training that will improve their employability and offer them new professional opportunities in the future.

ELIX organized a two-day yoga seminar on 25 and 26 April, dedicated to children and with the contribution of internationally renowned Spanish teacher Cayetna Rodenas, as part of the Project Yoga, which is being implemented in collaboration with Finn Church Aid.

A total of 43 people benefited by this specific action, including 21 children, refugees and immigrants, who attend ELIX's non-formal education project that is supported by UNICEF and funded by DG ECHO.
