Η ΕΛΙΞ σας προτείνει 2 προγράμματα EVS μεγάλης διάρκειας, που συντονίζει η οργάνωση CONCORDIA στην Γαλλία.
Προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων: Παρασκευή, 30 Μαρτίου 2018.
Οι αιτήσεις με τους επιλεγμένους υποψήφιους για τα παρακάτω προγράμματα θα κατατεθούν από την οργάνωση φιλοξενίας στην επόμενη προθεσμία του προγράμματος Erasmus+ στις 26 Απριλίου 2018 στην Εθνική Μονάδα της Γαλλίας.
Η προθεσμία 30/03 είναι εσωτερική προθεσμία της CONCORDIA για επιλογή εθελοντή/εθελόντριας και την προετοιμασία της αίτηση χρηματοδότησης.
Η αίτηση χρηματοδότησης θα απαντηθεί από την Εθνική Μονάδα της Γαλλίας δυο έως τρεις μήνες μετά από την κατάθεσή της.

ΤΟ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑ EVS ΚΑΛΥΠΤΕΙ…
1. γλωσσική και πολιτισμική κατάρτιση
2. το μεγαλύτερο μέρος τους κόστους ταξιδιού, ανάλογα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση, μετάβασης στη χώρα του προγράμματος και επιστροφής από αυτή
3. διαμονή, διατροφή και ένα μηνιαίο επίδομα της τάξης των 55-140 €
4. ασφάλιση υγείας για το διάστημα της εθελοντικής υπηρεσίας
5. χορήγηση πιστοποιητικού που θα βεβαιώνει τη συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα
6. υποστήριξη μετά την επιστροφή για την αξιοποίηση της εμπειρίας σας.

The coordinating organization
CONCORDIA is a national French, non-governmental and non-profit making organization, founded in 1950 by English, German and French youngsters. Their aim was to enhance the values of tolerance and peace after the 2nd world war by organizing international work camps for young volunteers.
CONCORDIA is promoting volunteering through different actions: international work camps, EVS, Civil Service (French long-term volunteering), trainings, and youth exchanges.
The main objectives of Concordia are the following:
- Education, by helping young people to grow up through the experience of collective living.
- Culture, by favoring youth exchanges on an international level, always emphasizing the values of peace, friendship and mutual respect.
- Social, in taking part in concrete actions of solidarity, as well as supporting civic attitude.
- Social economy, by contributing to local development; the preservation of the environment and of cultural heritage; the enhancement of tourism and the implementation of socio-educational activities.

1. EVS project “Open the European window for Youth in Cournon”
September 2018 - August 2019 (12 months)
The project will be implemented in cooperation with the city of Cournon d’Auvergne which will host the volunteer in its Educational Department. Its local educative project aims to guide people from their childhood in their familial and self fulfilment. The volunteer will work in Cournon d’Auvergne but will live in Clermont-Ferrand. The main role of the volunteer will be to bring a European and intercultural opening to the actions of the Educational Department and its partners, particularly the schools and the local Municipal Animation Center. The goal is to bring open-mindedness towards the world to the local young people, as well as mobility and interculturality through regular contact with a young European volunteer and participation in related activities.
At the end of the project, the volunteer will have gained the following competences:
- French language
- Skills in animation field
- Discovery of the functioning of the regional Youth Service
- Discovery of the territory
- Work organization and team work

2. EVS project “Animation and intercultural exchange in a French high school”
1st of October 2018 - 30th of June 2019 (9 months).
The hosting organization, the Domaine de la Saulsaie MFR (Maison Familiale et Rurale) is an associative establishment that belongs to the movement of Maisons Familiales et Rurales that trains 70.000 young people from 14 years old to bachelors' degree every year all around France. In several workshops, students are invited to work on projects related to mobility, an important issue for the MFR organization. Therefore, the cultural and linguistic support (in English) constitutes a real need for the MFR. Trainers have been investing on this topic for a long time, and the organization has been hosting EVS volunteers for the last three years.
The main part of the EVS project will occur in the MFR du Domaine de la Saulsaie, situated near the Montluel village. The volunteer will be asked to support MFR’s staff; to favour intercultural and linguistic awareness among the students; and to support the organisation of pedagogical activities.
At weekends (from Thursday evening until Monday morning) and during holidays the accommodation of the volunteer will be in Concordia's volunteers house in Lyon.
