24/2/16 Σημαντικό Update ! ! ! ένας εθελοντής EVS της ΕΛΙΞ έγινε ήδη δεκτός στο πρόγραμμα. Οι οργανωτές διαθέτουν μια ακόμη θέση για ένα εθελοντή από την Ελλάδα. Διάβασε παρακάτω την περιγραφή και κάνε την αίτησή σου...ΑΜΕΣΑ!!!!
Η ΕΛΙΞ έχει εξασφαλίσει μια θέση και σας προτείνει ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον EVS με τίτλο “Mix & Match - European dimension to national realities of voluntary service", στην Σερβία διάρκειας 10 μηνών, από 01/03 έως 31/12/2016.
Η βάση των 9 συνολικά εθελοντών EVS του προγράμματος θα είναι το Βελιγράδι αλλά θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να επισκεφτούν και να οργανώσουν δράσεις και σε άλλες πόλης της Σερβίας.
Προθεσμία για τις αιτήσεις σας είναι η 10η Φεβρουαρίου 2016, για αυτό πρέπει να αποφασίσεις ΆΜΕΣΑ!!!

Τίτλος: “Mix & Match - European dimension to national realities of voluntary service"
Ημερομηνίες: 1 Μαρτίου έως 31 Δεκεμβρίου 2016 (διάρκεια 10 μήνες)
Προφίλ συμμετεχόντων: νέοι με εμπειρία ως ομαδάρχης σε workcamps ή εθελοντές που έχουν συμμετάσχει σε Προγράμματα Εθελοντικής Εργασίας - WorkCamp
Ηλικίες: 18-30 χρόνων (ημ/νια γέννησης μετά τις 1/4/1984)
Οι ομάδα των εθελοντών θα αποτελεί από νέους από την Πολωνία, Ισπανία, Γαλλία, Τσεχία, Ιταλία, Σλοβακία, Γερμανία, το Βέλγιο και φυσικά από την Ελλάδα.
Αυτή η πρόταση είναι για έναν εθελοντή/εθελόντρια που πραγματικά αγαπά τα WorkCamps.
Ο εθελοντής/η εθελόντρια θα εκπαιδευτεί στην διαχείριση εθελοντών και διεθνών προγραμμάτων.

Place: Nine EVS volunteers will spend first two months and the last month in Belgrade, and other months they will spend in different towns in Serbia (Obrenovac, Nis, Sremski Karlovci, Kragujevac, Subotica, Krusevac), in the offices of YRS Contact Points who send volunteers abroad to workcamps from their region of Serbia.

15/02/16: SELECTION PHASE
15/02/15-15/3/16: PREPARATION PHASE: signing Activity Agreements, travel arrangement, insurance activation, final tailoring of methodological plan to fit learning objectives, logistics management.
1/3-1/5/16: INDUCTION PHASE: intensive training in YRS (Belgrade): All nine EVS volunteers will live together in Belgrade for the first two months and come to our office for an intense training on international volunteers exchange and language lessons. The training will be about international volunteers’ exchange movement, placement procedures, volunteers preparation, promotional strategies, Erasmus+.
March is the start of the season for recruiting volunteers for workcamps in Europe, so intensive work with young volunteers in YRS-VSS office. They design a national promotional campaign later to be conducted in coordination with our Contact Points, at workcamps and online. They learn about placement procedures, Alliance partners and the entire IVS movement, how we organise promotional activities, how we prepare the volunteers going abroad, how to organise workcamps and deal with its challenges… Basically EVS volunteers have a full placement officer/workcamps promotor/trouble-shooter training!
1/4-1/7: PERSONAL PROJECTS PHASE in 7 out of 14 YRS-VSS Contact Points, a national network recruiting volunteers for workcamps abroad from their region.
Three EVS volunteers will stay for this phase in Belgrade, in YRS-VSS office and another partner’s office, while 6 will move to other towns (Obrenovac, Nis, Sremski Karlovci, Kragujevac, Subotica, Krusevac). With these organisations YRS- VSS has formed an informal network for volunteers exchange and so far they have been recruiting volunteers for workcamps from their region. We would like to give more coherencies to the work of all of them, ensure a stronger ownership over the volunteers exchange, help them improve their capacities for the international volunteers exchange, but also give you, the sending organisations, a possibility to see first-hand how our informal branches for volunteers’ exchange may be applicable for your realities. So, beside the volunteers exchange, the volunteers will be involved in the local projects (not necessarily linked to IVS but all in the field of youth participation and activism) of the hosting organisations and they will have the chance to develop their own projects for these 3 months. With the acquired skills and promotional strategies, they help promoting IVS opportunities (EVS and workcamps), managing volunteers’ applications, all in coordination with YRS headquarters, organising preparation meetings and intercultural activities for the outgoing volunteers and help the preparation of workcamps in the region.
01/7-1/9: PRACTICE PHASE: EVS volunteers are trained and co-lead at least 2 workcamps and conduct the national campaign. There will be 30+ workcamps in 2016, gathering 400+ international and national volunteers in Serbia. EVS volunteers meet again at the Camp Leaders Training (June) and during July and August they participate or lead workcamps in Serbia as co-leaders. They implement thematic campaigns previously agreed as a group, develop workshops of their interest etc. The list of workcamps for 2016 will be known in March/April.
30/7- : MID-TERM MEETING of EVS and Sending Organisations during 1 day of the Workcamp Caravan (more info follows)
1/9-1/11: PERSONAL PROJECTS FINALISATION: EVS volunteers go back to their hosting organisations (YRS-VSS and Contact Points) to finish up their personal projects, organise evaluation sessions with the volunteers who came back from workcamps etc. Beginning of November: Preparation and meeting of project partners with YRS’ informal branches during General Assembly of Alliance hosted by YRS; they all come together again to help us organise the Alliance General Assembly, where you’ll meet them and their hosts (our partners). We will present the project to all Alliance members, conduct the final evaluation of project partnership, international and Serbian, and EVS volunteers, make proposals for improvement, follow-up.
1/11-31/12: EVALUATION & ASSESSMENT PHASE: All EVS volunteers meet again in Belgrade, with YRS-VSS, finishing up the campaigns, writing blog posts, proposing further ideas, evaluating their EVS, doing the Youth Pass, preparing for departure etc.
1/1-1/2/17: FOLLOW-UP PHASE: reimbursements, volunteers’ reports, dissemination and follow-up activities for the transfer of gained knowledge and practices to SO national realities and workcamps’ season 2017.

Financial conditions Standard for EVS under Erasmus+.
There is no participation fee.
All volunteers will have:
- their accommodation settled both in Belgrade and in other towns (shared apartment, except on workcamps, where accommodation varies),
- language lessons of Serbian from 1/03 till 1/07 and during the last month of EVS
- Pocket money, food allowance, public bus pass, on arrival
- Visa issued once here
- Insurance activated, before coming, by SOs
- Travel covered up to the set amount for Erasmus+
- Local travel to Contact Point organisations, to workcamps, to trainings, all EVS related activities
- Travel, accommodation covered for On arrival training and Mid-Term evaluation
