Η ΕΛΙΞ σε συνεργασία με το Association for Experience, Learning and Training in YouthWork (ELT, Vienna), Donetsk Youth Debate Centre (Donetsk, Ukraine) and Education Initiatives Centre (Lviv, Ukraine) - στην Ουκρανία προτείνει ένα πρόγραμμα EVS για 3 μήνες.

Περιγραφή προγράμματος:
A cooperation among 12 countries, led by ELT, will bring 24 EVS volunteers to Ukraine in order to work with local disadvantaged kids in suburban areas before during and after the European Football Championship 2012. The project aims to bring the idea of a common Europe, of Diversity and Respect and Tolerance to the youngsters in Ukraine through playing and non formal education tools in public parks and playgrounds. It is also meant to be a counterpart to the financial profit driven official football events. Volunteers will work with children and teenagers (6-14 years old) before, during and after the European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine in two hosting cities – Donetsk and Lviv, bringing a spirit of international friendship to kids who will hardly have any contacts with international guests and any chances to get to the stadiums or fun-zones but had been waiting for the sport event for several years. Together with international and local volunteers we hope to create the spirit of international sport event for local kids and teenagers and learn a little bit more about Europe than only football.
