Fans of cinema, films and culture, this is the perfect workcamp for you! In the heart of Paris, this open-air festival is an international short-film competition which attracts more than 20.000 visitors every year. Under the guidance of a team of workcamp leaders, you will participate in the logistic support of the festival, catering and the reception of visitors, mostly in the evenings. You will also be responsible for the implementation of the volunteers’ space of the festival and its decoration. Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains while doing renovation work for a local NGO that supports vulnerable target groups.
3) LUNAR 22, CARSOLIDARITY, ITALY (Carsoli), SOCI MANU, 07/08/19 - 26/08/19, 18-28, 1 place left.
The workcamp will take place in Carsoli, a small town in the Italian region of Abruzzo, 60 km by train from Rome. Along with other international and local volunteers, you will do manual work and you will also help to organize a day full of cultural activities, in cooperation with an association that raises awareness on the issue of combating violence against women.
4) LUNAR 31 ESC, I LAKE YOU, ITALY (Posta Fibreno), CONS MANU, 19/08/19 - 03/09/19, 21-99.
By participating in this workcamp, you will support the work of ‘Rise Hub’, a permanent laboratory for social innovation active in the territory of Valle di Comino that studies, researches and promotes good practices of inclusion and integration of migrants, sustainable lifestyles, non-formal education, social communication, neo-rural development, and policies to support social entrepreneurship. You will be housed in the ancient and lovely village of Posta Fibreno, halfway between Rome and Naples, perched on the top of a ridge from which it is possible to enjoy a wonderful panorama on the natural reserve of the Lake.

If you like nature, trekking, teamwork and manual work, this is your chance! The purpose of this project is to recover and maintain the ancient paths of la Vall de Siarb, a particular and interesting valley in the heart of the Pyrenees.
6) SJ/TEEN47, BUILD THE WAY TOGETHER (2) FRANCE (Laguepie), TEEN (teenage_camp), RENO ENVI, 27/07/19 - 09/08/19, 12-14, extra fee 150 euro.
Come and meet young people of your age from different places of the world! Discover other ways of living and thinking! If you go to this project, you will participate in garden and artistic construction workshops and you will be in the beautiful village of Laguepie in between two rivers.
7) SJ/TEEN68, ECO-CAMPSITE IN LA FERTÉ-ALAIS (2), FRANCE (La Ferte Alais), TEEN (teenage_camp), ENVI CONS, 18/08/19 - 31/08/19, 15-17, extra fee 150 euro.
This workcamp is located in La Ferté-Alais, a lovely area 50 km from Paris, hence it will be easy for you to travel to the project. You will discover and support a place of great natural beauty where you will participate in different works to improve the place and to build eco-friendly installations. You will have the chance to learn many new things and you will be trained in woodworking and construction.

Get involved in the restoration of a ploughman house and animate a small village in beautiful Bretagne! Located in the heart of an orchard it is the perfect place to come together and bond with the inhabitants, who will welcome you for friendly and intergenerational moments.
9) CONCF-064, PLEVIN, IN THE HEART OF BRITTANY, FRANCE (Plevin), RENO, 10/07/19 - 31/07/19, 18-99.
This lovely workcamp is also located in Bretagne and, as the previous one, will give you the unique opportunity to animate a small town, support the local community by restoring its heritage, and experiencing intercultural exchange.
10) CONCF-038, LE BRETHON, PARTICIPATE IN THE SAFEGUARDING, FRANCE (Le Brethon), RENO, 02/08/19 - 23/08/19, 18-99.
Get involved in the preservation and the enhancement of the historical and cultural heritage of a French village, by reconstructing a traditional enclosure wall. The village of Le Brethon possesses a beautiful church who is listed as "National Monument". It is well preserved, except for the back-enclosure wall that partially collapsed. Inhabitants are looking forward to welcoming you and share with you their traditions and heritage.
Προγράμματα στη Γερμανία
11) IBG 10, DIRT BIKE CONTEST EISLINGEN, (EISLINGEN), RENO DISA FEST, 07/07/19 - 21/07/19, 18-99.
If you are up to leave in ten days, have a look at this lovely project. The youth centre in Eislingen organizes a Dirt Bike Contest with participants from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will help to prepare everything for the Contest which will take place on 20th of July. Apart from manual and renovation activities, there will be a lot of time which you will spend together with local young people who are looking forward to meeting you!
12) IBG 11, CULTURAL FESTIVAL NAGOLD, (NAGOLD), ENVI FEST ART, 07/07/19 - 23/07/19, 18-99, one free place for a male volunteer.
In 10 days you might participate in this beautiful project which will give you the chance to support the implementation of the Nagold Celtic Festival. Local clubs and associations will participate in the festival and you will help them with preparation for music, dance and international food, as well as by constructing some of the wooden structures for the festival grounds. On other days, you will work on various environmental tasks within the community of Nagold.
13) IBG 20, MUSIC FESTIVAL STUTTGART, Stuttgart, MANU FEST, 29/07/19 - 06/08/19, 18-26.
Every summer Stuttgart hosts a variety of music festivals and events. One of these festivals is called Umsonst and Draussen, which means “free of charge and outdoors”. It will take place close to the campus of the University of Stuttgart outside the city center for three days. It is the biggest non-commercial, music, politic and cultural festival in the city. The festival is for music lovers and volunteers will set up the stage, stalls and tents on the site, as well as disassemble them at the end. While the be running, volunteers will assist in different areas: bar, stage, organization, catering, etc. The city of Stuttgart offers museum, castles, parks and much more! During free time volunteers will have the opportunity to explore it and to interesting towns in the area, like Tubingen and Ludwigsburg.
14) IBG24, TRAILER TRANSFORMATION BERNBURG, (BERNBURG), RENO MANU, 07/08/19- 28/08/19, 18-99.
This year’s workcamp consists of two projects: firstly, you will transform a trailer at the kindergarten into a workshop for children, this will include working with wood, concrete and painting. Secondly, you will build raised garden beds for kindergartens and elementary school, (it will mainly be wood work.) You will be in Bernburg, a town with a history of more than 1000 years, situated in the eastern part of Germany. Overlooking the valley formed by the Saale River, there is a medieval castle. There are plenty of possibilities for leisure activities, such as visiting the town, having a drink in a local pub, taking an excursion to cities like Leipzig or Magdeburg, caning on the river, hiking, or simply making conversation with locals.
